Spray Rubber Membranes
Project Deliverables:Supply and installation of a new 2.2mm DFT spray applied Premium rubber waterproofing membrane. This system installed included a UV reflective ceremic topcoat.

Project Outcomes:
The system installed on this project was applied directly over an existing torch on bitumen sheet membrane system which had failed. The newly installed system provides a seemless membrane overcoming lap joint failure and subsequent leaks that occur in sheet membrane systems. With the added benefit of the incorporation of a ceremic UV reflective topcot finish, there are significant energy savings being realised by the building owner through reduced cooling costs.
