T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd recognises its responsibilities to the environment.  Wherever possible T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd selects and uses products and processes that lessen the impact on the environment.

Standard Contract Conditions
T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd has adopted Standard Contract Conditions that become the Conditions of Contract for works and any subsequent variations to ensure consistently delivered service to the highest quality.

These Conditions shall only be varied by agreement in writing.

Workplace Health and Safety
The responsibility of accident prevention rests on us all but particularly on Managers, Supervisors, and leading hands.  The Senior Management team of TA Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd accepts the challenge of attaining the ideal situation of a totally accident free workplace for all.

The company works to an exhaustive Safety Management System to help ensure accidents are prevented. It invests heavily in safety awareness and equipment and provides appropriate specialist training for all members of staff, from office personnel to site operatives and supervisors.  It is TA Taylor's philosophy to provide safe working conditions for all employees, providing full instructions covering safe working methods and to make available, whenever necessary special equipment to protect employees against particular hazards.

T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd complies with all relevant safety legislation and requirements, carrying out detailed risk and material assessments. In accordance with construction regulations, T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd can act as Principal Contractor and complies with ISO9001:2000.

Training

Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd expands and maintains the level of knowledge at every level in its organisation.  The company p9ositively encourages staff to broaden their knowledge and funds specialist training programmes to ensure that they are up to date with the latest methods, materials and systems.  The Company actively supports the National Training System.  Through continuous investment in training, we are able to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship in a wide range of specialist construction activity.

Research and Development
One of the cornerstones of T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd success story is its total commitment to research and development.  This has enabled the business to be at the forefront of new technologies.  Clients are able to benefit with innovative value engineering based on sound research programmes.

The business is often represented on groups for the development of composites, corrosion control techniques and investigation techniques.  We work closely with university research programmes and information centres such as Building Services Australia and with our various affiliations with industry boards and committees.
